All products are for external use only and are intended for cosmetic purposes.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.


 


Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, textures, and descriptions. However, due to lighting, screen differences, and individual perception, we cannot guarantee that colours or textures will appear exactly as shown.


Hair products may vary slightly as they are natural or processed materials. Such variations do not constitute a fault.

 


Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


 


Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times are stated on our website and may vary depending on product availability.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • RPNZL Luxury Hair is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier.


 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Wigs
  • Hair bundles
  • Hair accessories

This includes items that have been opened, worn, altered, or tampered with.


Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item is significantly faulty upon arrival

 

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence sent to rpnzlhair@outlook.com.

 

Hygiene & Safety

 

For health and safety reasons, hair products cannot be resold once opened. By purchasing from RPNZL Luxury Hair, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
