At RPNZL Luxury Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality hair products. Due to the hygienic nature of our items, we operate a strict returns policy.
14-Day Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery.
This right does not apply to sealed hygiene goods, including hair products, once they have been supplied.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Wigs
- Hair bundles
- Hair accessories
This applies whether the item has been opened or remains sealed.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect length, colour, or texture selected
- Personal preference or styling outcome
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Delays outside our control
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before placing an order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
A refund or replacement will only be considered if:
- The incorrect item was received, or
- The item is faulty upon arrival
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence must be provided
- The item must be unused and unaltered

If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Klarna Orders
Orders placed using Klarna are subject to the same returns and refunds policy. Klarna does not override our hygiene-based exclusions.
